In the world of windows and doors, sustainability goes far beyond the simple “green” label. It means designing and manufacturing low environmental impact doors and windows, assessing their footprint at every stage of the LCA (Life Cycle Assessment): from raw materials to final recycling.
Every Quadro Infissi product is designed to minimize environmental impact throughout its entire life cycle, without compromising quality, aesthetics, or performance.
We select certified and recyclable materials (wood, aluminum, PVC) from suppliers with traceable supply chains. Where applicable, we use wood from responsibly managed forests with certifications such as FSC and PEFC.
We optimize processes to reduce energy consumption and waste, prioritizing low-impact materials and adopting practices focused on efficiency and safety, with constant monitoring throughout the supply chain.
Our windows and doors are designed to deliver superior thermal and acoustic insulation. A lower U-value (thermal transmittance) means less heat loss and reduced energy consumption for heating and cooling — improving comfort and daily sustainability.
We design for longevity: greater durability means fewer replacements and less waste. At the end of their life cycle, components are designed to be repaired, reused, or recycled, promoting a circular construction model.
Our commitment to sustainability is supported by recognized standards and certifications (e.g., FSC and PEFC for wood). Upon request, we provide technical documentation and performance sheets, ensuring maximum transparency.
